Houston Anesthesia Consultants (HAC) is a group of physicians licensed in Texas who are board certified/eligible in Anesthesiology. Our practice was founded with the purpose to fulfill a growing need to provide anesthesia services to physicians and dentists in alternate site settings (such as offices and procedural facilities).  As the trend grows to perform various procedures appropriate in an office setting as a means to relieve the rising cost of medical treatment, so does the need grow for provision of anesthesia services to make your office procedures possible for more patients and more procedures.  Our anesthesiologists are specialized in providing mobile anesthesia services to physician and dentists’ offices.  This means we come to you fully equipped with our own monitors, anesthesia machine, defibrillator, supplies, and medications.  You will not have these worries nor undergo these expenses in order to perform procedures in your own office.  We bring them to you.  And by administering the very same anesthetics and employing the same sophisticated, state-of-the-art monitoring done in hospitals and surgery centers, we make it possible for children and adults alike to have even the most extensive procedures performed in total comfort and safety in dental and surgical offices while also reducing costs to you and your patient.   In other words, HAC Mobile Anesthesia helps make your surgical procedures or dental treatments cost efficient and convenient for you and your patient when performing them in your office.  We have flexibility to work with your schedule to come to your facility.

Safety is the top priority in our practice. Collectively our anesthesiologists have many years of experience performing anesthesia in operating rooms in the community with expertise in pediatric and ambulatory anesthesia.  We adhere to the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and the American Society of Anesthesiologists strict requirements regulating the administration of anesthesia in a dental or surgical office.  We are there to deliver the entire anesthetic from start to finish. Patients are continuously monitored intra-operatively and post-operatively.  With ACLS and PALS certification, we are always prepared and equipped to manage any emergency ranging from drug reactions and airway difficulties to cardiac arrest and Malignant Hyperthermia.
